Sit on the Right side of the plane for the best views on flights from Chania to Dubrovnik. Notable sights include: Elaphiti Islands (Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan) scattered in the Adriatic north of Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik's Old Town and fortified walls on the peninsula, limestone ridges of the Dinaric Mountains inland, Adriatic coastline with its characteristic pale turquoise shallows.

The flight path crosses the Aegean Sea northwestward, passing east of the Peloponnese. Notable features visible include the Ionian Sea's deep blue waters, the Greek mainland coastline receding to the east, and the transition from Greek to Croatian airspace. Around the midpoint, you may glimpse the Ionian Islands (Corfu, Paxos) to the left at distance, and the Albanian coastline further left.
