The right side faces east toward flat agricultural plains with little visual interest. Notable sights include: Downtown Oklahoma City skyline (compact cluster visible on approach), Oklahoma River (narrow channel south of downtown), Tinker Air Force Base (large military installation to the east, visible on some approach paths), Lake Hefner (circular reservoir northwest of downtown).
