The left side on approach gives you Osaka Bay's open water, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge connecting Honshu to Awaji Island, and the Kii Peninsula mountains across the bay. The right side faces inland toward Osaka city but is partially obscured by the aircraft fuselage angle during the water approach. Notable sights include: Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Awaji Island, Osaka Bay, Kobe city waterfront along the Rokko mountain foothills.
